The scandal involving the assistant chair of the Computer Sciences department at UTSA has widened with the discovery of more controversial material on State owned equipment.

Among these:

The works of the famous german atheist and philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche. In German. Two copies. (Now removed)

A regularly posted marxist newsletter from the professor's son, who goes by the self-styled name of "Communist John." (Now removed)

What do these things have in common?

Following a copyrighted commentary in the San Antonio Lightning Friday, UTSA VP David Gabler promised to remove the pages, and to "look into" the situation.

An official notice to the Lightning states:

The university has removed the links in question to this website since it resides on a university server. At this time, university officials are reviewing the situation.
Sincerely,
The UTSA Webteam

So far, the University has taken no action, other than to remove the material.
