Eva Longoria’s "Eve Nightclub" on the Las Vegas Strip has closed its doors, according to several reports.

Vegas Inc. reported Beso LLC, the company owned by Longoria and other investors, close the nightclub this week and has been operating in bankruptcy since January as it tries to restructure $5.68 million in debt and perhaps attract additional capital.

Vegas Inc. reported the restaurant attached to the nightclub, Beso, will remain open.

The decision came as the nightclub has been losing money during the slow summer period in Las Vegas, when there are few conventions in town. (Click For More.)

The SAL Tattler

"Heaven has no rage like love to hatred turned. Nor hell a fury like a woman scorned." - -The Mourning Bride By William Congress, 1697

Tony Parker has cheated on Eva Longoria for the very last time.

Close friends say it has happened "several times" in the past, and the "Desperate Housewife" had been able to forgive him and the world kept turning. Until now.

When redhot raunchy text messages were discovered on Tony's password protected cell phone, sent to one of Eva's closest friends -- Erin Barry -- the heartbreak was too much.

Erin is the soon-to-be ex wife of former Spurs teammate and pal Brent Barry, and was |"as dear to Eva as a sister."

That friendship is gone now. Tony's philandering came to light when he forgot to logoff his texting phone, and Eva looked through it.

What she found were hundreds of shocking messages between one of her best friends and her husband.

Eva must have had a suspicion, else why would she check his phone in the first place?

It isn't the first time Tony's prolific texting has been an issue. In another case french model Alexandra Paressant was the woman making the accusations in 2007.

She claimed to have had an affair with Parker for three months, and produced copies of text that she claimed she got from Parker. (Click for text mesaages.)

"100 per cent false and untrue" said Eva, adding that "All high profile couples fall victim to these sorts of things in the course of their relationships."

The story finally died down, and was widely believed to be false. Until now.

Those are the two women Eva knows about, but insiders say "there were more."

If true, that could impact the revised prenup two years after their marriage.

Meanwhile, their battle over where the case will be decided rages on. Eva filed in Caifornia, and later Tony filed here in Texas.

It is time now to watch and see if other gal pals will step forward.

More to follow.

  X FILES:
Why Divorce In Texas?
Sandra Bullock Drama Continues

We all know Texas is not to be messed with, and while that seems reason enough to us, there are far more practical incentives that might have lured Sandra Bullock to seek out a divorce in the Lone Star State instead of in California.

And no, a hope for privacy was not one of them. Distance (and cunning) might have bought her a couple of days under the radar, but she can kiss any further anonymity goodbye. (More.)
